WHICH FAST DO WE FOLLOW?
The Re:Freshed Anointing Fast follows the example of the Daniel Fast, inspired by the prophet Daniel’s unwavering commitment to God. In the Bible, Daniel chose to abstain from rich foods, eating only vegetables and drinking water as an act of faith, humility, and spiritual focus (Daniel 1 and 10). His fast not only brought him clarity and strength but also positioned him to receive divine revelation and favor—showing us the power of seeking God with our whole hearts.
